Useful information on excursions

Pick ups are from Hotels for Heraklion, Gouves, Hersonissos, Kokkini Hani, Malia, Stalida area (and sometimes further, with the same price or at an additional cost, please check each pick up list, or consult our reservations team).

In order to book an excursion, we will only need to arrange a meeting at the lobby of your hotel in order to provide you with the vouchers – no deposit needed. Our representative will explain to you during this appointment the whole pick up procedure.

The cost is for each excursion per adult (children up to 12 get 50% discount in most of the excursions, please be advised, infants up to 4 years are for free, in both cases please consult our reservation team) and special prices can be achieved for extended family or groups or if one joins more than a single excursion.

Especially in monasteries, one has to be properly dressed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS when joining an excursion

Especially in low season, some excursions might be canceled at specific dates due to weather or low interest for the excursion. If this is the case, there can either be a total refund or the possibility of joining another tour. This is also why it is advised to join a tour early in your vacation time.

We sometime act as agents for the excursions and even though we work with high quality tour providers like ourselves, we can not have total control on time schedules, and no tour operator can have control on weather, cultural or other factors affecting the tour program or the quality of it.

In case of a non-show customer at the appointed time, we will try to contact through reception if possible (depending on the proximity of the bus stop to the hotel) but can not expect more than sometimes 3 minutes. If this is the case, we will not be able to provide a refund afterwards, please have that in mind. There is the exception of a doctor's signed relief.

Due to the fact that delays can occur, the bus might not be exactly on time: please though do be on time suggested as the bus can not expect for more than three minutes.

The photos and the descriptions are indicative and some times schedules as well, as changes can happen due to various reasons including weather.
