In our renovated stone house in the traditional village of Nikithiano – with superb views of the valley, mountains and local villages. It’s ideally situated just off of  the local highway – about 10 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Aghios Nikolaos, 10 mins from the fishing village of Sissi, and 20 mins from Elounda and Plaka, film and book location of  Victoria Hislop's 'The Island' – the bus stop is at the top of the village.

This attractive 80sq m, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom village stone house has had many of the original features retained and can be entered on 2 levels. The path at the side of the house leads into the bright and airy lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 2nd bedroom (with 3/4 bed) and bathroom (with bath/shower).

Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower, leading out into the courtyard. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, full cooker and fridge/freezer. But for most the courtyard and balcony are the places to pass away your time – sit on the balcony taking in the view with a glass of wine, or chill out in the courtyard.

Outside: A veranda with amazing views to the mountain, with sunbeds and umbrella. An alternative is the balcony – the house is surrounded by old windmills, all in cretan style.
